The strong and swift Angler has a physical shield and an ability that allows him to break into crowds of enemies and confidently defend positions.
ABILITY
Electric Shift. When activated, the robot creates an electric vortex around itself that damages the enemies inside it. The robot accelerates and enters PHASESHIFT. At the end of the ability, all enemies within its radius have BLIND applied to them.
