Welcome to the new and improved War Robots website! We’ve been excited to unveil a more streamlined and user-friendly experience for the player community, and part of that will be a weekly “War Robots Community Roundup” appearing on Fridays.
With several different forums, loads of YouTube channels and other great community-driven content, the Roundup will be an easy way to keep your fingers on the pulse of the War Robots community!
Let’s start with Reddit, the “front page of the internet.” The War Robots Reddit has the distinction of being the place that Pixonic’s developers go to when they want to speak “ex-cathedra”, and it’s a great community with a lot of conversation.
Let’s look at a few of those from this past week!
- New weapons bring new discussions on how to use them, and a thread on Storms has some good feedback on the game’s Medium version of a shotgun. Ready to blast away? Come see how others are doing it
- We’ve all been there at one point or another- a new player with perhaps more resources than sense. The early game can be daunting, so here’s a thread where a new pilot looks for guidance on spending Gold early one!
- Finally, Pixonic’s own Anatoly steps in to discuss the upcoming Supply Drops and Battle Rewards, and answer any community questions. As the fella who designed ‘em, he’s in a great place to know!
Wiki Forum
Meanwhile, over at the Wiki Forum, there’s a lot of discussion going on around how to counter the Dash bots, without needing Dashes of your own. Best practices are always welcome, and if you’ve had some difficulty with the Dashes it’s a great thread to read.
Meanwhile, some other Forum denizens have compiled a thread highlighting the game’s mysteries. Mysteries, you ask? What sort of mysteries?
Why, all sorts! For instance:
- Why can’t a Rhino charge after losing their shield, despite being lighter?
- What happens to Punisher bullets after 500m?
- And, finally, where do the robots store all their reloads?

Those looking for the lighter side of the battlefield can always find it with ANDROMAN. Here he put together a mischief squad of Stalkers and Haechis, and… let’s just say they weren’t going for the highest number of kills.
Finally, here's some impressive Hover gameplay from Droopy Sack.
