Vulcan activates a temporary Forcefield and a built-in beam weapon that automatically engages the target in its sights.
When the robot deals a certain amount of damage, Unbound Protocol upgrades to the next stage for the rest of the battle:
- Stage 1: The ability has a cooldown. The light weapon slots are disabled.
- Stage 2: The ability has a cooldown, but the Forcefield and beam weapon are more effective. The light weapon slots are enabled.
- Stage 3: The ability is constantly active, and the Forcefield and beam weapon become even more effective.
A defensive system that mitigates incoming damage. It has three progressively less effective states and switches to the next state after taking a certain amount of damage. When the final stage is depleted, the system goes offline. On most robots, Forcefields recover to their initial, most effective state after a cooldown. The exact mitigation percentage depends on the source.
Forcefield cannot be bypassed by Shieldbreaker or partially ignored by Defense Mitigation effects. However, projectiles with Defense Breach completely ignore Forcefield.
Provides a gradually increasing damage bonus as the robot deals damage. Repairs a portion of Current Durability (Green) and grants partial Defense Mitigation when the stack limit is reached.
Significantly increases the damage dealt by equipped weapons at short range.
Significantly increases the damage dealt by equipped weapons at long range.
Increases damage when the robot's Durability is critically low.
Increases the damage dealt by equipped weapons.
Vulcan reaches its Unbound Protocol thresholds faster.
