Okay i understand that i have been placed in the lpq which is your fault and not mine as your matchmaking is pretty bad . i want to get out of this lpq and i was told by the staff to play the matches till the end to get out of this so called lpq but i have been in the waiting lobby for 30 mins now and even tho it says that the average waiting time is 3 minutes i have been waiting for 10 times that time and still have not placed in a match so could anyone tell me if this is a bug or this how this is supposed to be in the lpq.

You can never open the superchest unless you pay them real money its a sacm.
