Seems to me that upcoming WP2 changes are meant to coddle the top tier ranks by denying opportunity for the peons to load up and challenge them. Those of us who like playing the game and have the patience to farm our components by investing time and a little $$ (99 cents for 500) every now and then are now hobbled by this news.

If upper tier players are worried that upstarts are coming for them then they have no right to be on top. When you’re up there with 10 variations of loading each top exotic robot there should be nothing to worry about.

PIXONIC: Are you kidding me? Just who are you "stabilizing the economy" for? Seems to me like you're just serving the ones who already are in the higher leagues (with Billlions of Ag and thousands Au). They're the only ones who will remain buffed up and will continue to be able to afford any of the overpriced weapons and robots! As if they need more robots when they have ten copies of the best robots with the best weapons hanging off their backs.

Throw us some crumbs down here and just stick with the original WP2.0 component build times! You've whetted our appetites - don't leave us hanging! I can understand if you want to increase the build times but an Orkan 100WP from 1hr to 20hrs? This is just ridiculous!

My thought is you made a booboo ... suck it up! Christmas is near and just call this an advance gift to all your loyal users!

I agree with one comment earlier of equating rebalancing economy with “revenue” stream.

I suspect that when they opened up component production bwo WP2.0, there was a dip in gear purchases. Hence a dip in their economy (aka revenue). So to rebalance their “economy”, they had to make WP2.0 so despicable that users will just either pay$ rather than wait.

I agree. It was also mentioned in one of their PIX posts that now you don't have to check so much now as to progress of your Workshop builds. WTF! What do they care if I check it every minute or when it's done! It's a lame excuse to introduce yet another flaw in what was already a workflow that was slowly being accepted by everyone. One step forward two steps back. And to repeat what was stated in this post, where the heck is the 400WP option? Seems to me that now I have to put in my WP request more times instead of just putting in hefty 400WP builds and "not checking too much". Really another dumbass PIXONIC logic.

CONVERSION ROBBERY! I understand the logic of not getting 1-1 exchange since some bots/weapons are more expensive than others. But, why pay for conversion when you already paid for WP points used to get these partial bots/weapons? If you're really desperate to support your economy (aka revenue stream) and finance the habits of the wipeass (aka asshole) who brewed this gimmick then do a minimal conversion fee 10-50k Ag ...
