Please don't implement any of these. Stupid effects that will likely make the game no fun.

Instead, may I suggest modules with small passive effects: a small boost to hp, speed, weapon range, resistance to a damage type etc.

These example modules sound like they are pulled straight out of world of Warcraft pvp. Please don’t go down that road. Passive modules with slight effects like resistance or more hp are perfect. Active or proccing modules add unnecessary complication. Do not do this!
