Tankers have made the game sucks. They destroy all except one of their robots and sacrifice their last robots quickly so that they can get out of the game quickly. With one player short, there is a high chance of the game being lost and this is how many tankers drop from their league to play in lower leagues, where their more superior bots and weapons would kill off more opponents and win more rewards when they emerge as number 1. I have encountered too many players with Mk. 2 weapons and bots in diamond leagues where an average player's bot and weapons are merely between level 9 to 11. I don't mind losing my bots to a better player or from my own mistakes but to lose to a player who is from a superior league is simply unfair and demotivating. It has affected me so much that i am tempted to lower myself but i refrain from that because i don't want players in lower leagues to suffer the same unfairness as i do.

Shocktrain is simply too powerful that it can almost be classified as a WMD. This has offset the balance of power between the two opppsing sides. It's like which side has more shocktrains wins

BTW, when will Pixonic fix the problem with the flickering, discoloration and crash problems in Samsung devices? These have plagued Samsung devices users for months.

Those who complain about nerfing shocktrains are those who have invested heavily on them because of their potency which give these complainants an unfair advantage. They hate to see their much-loved weapon's potentials being nerfed. This is why they are so reactionary. These people are just selfish.

Serious players would not want to arm their bots with only the most powerful weapons and do nothing but killing other bots. They want to play a fair game with their bots armed with weapons that suit their playing style and the conditions of a battlefield. Arming with the most powerful weapon money can buy will only make the game a no-brainer which even a 6 year-old can win.

I support any attempts to re-balance weapons and bots which are deemed too powerful or under-powered to level the battlefield so no players are overly advantaged. Let skills and tactics prevail in battles instead of raw firepower

You are right. There are people who just buy multiple shocktrains with cash so they can make quick kills on a battlefield. When the game's economy makes it difficult for them to quickly obtain their dream weapon they rant here. What fun is this game when everyone shoot each other with Mk.2 Level 12 Shocktrains and a battle finishes within 3 minutes?

Agree. The storage for both robots and their equipments are difficult to sift through when the amount begin to stack up. There is just too much horizontal scrolling and can be quite tiring. We may miss our selection if we scroll too fast at times. Perhaps pull-down menus can be introduced to reduce scrolling and keep the storage tidy

Those who are whining must be those credit card gamers who splash money on the most powerful bot and weapons money can buy and upgrade everything to MK2 level 12 so that they can pulverise their opponent just by pressing the fire button. The rebalancing exercise will just nerf their ability to play without using their brains. To hell with them. This game should be limited to those who love a good skill challenge, not those with deep pockets and think that victory and success can be bought using money

It is possible that you may be paying against tankers. These shameless sadists deliberately lower their leagues to play against weaker players so that they can come up tops and earn more gold, silver and other rewards.

I personally think the re-balancing exercise is quite fair. We should give it a try to see how well the exercise works and propose any further tweaking in the numbers.

I see many commentators here are just whining incessantly about their favorite robots and weapons being nerfed and some even threaten to leave the game without actually giving it a try. These people are mostly credit card gamers with lots of spare cash (or they have deep pocket parents who pamper them with material things) who simply able to buy themselves to pummel other more serious players who value skills over pure power. This is not the way to play this game and turn WR into a "money wins all", an elitist game.

A good fighting game should have more variety of choice which do not give any particular equipment an unfair advantage. Equipment should be used to suit a particular combat scenario, a player's play preference and preferred tactics. It should be a game of skill, tactic and strategy and those who excel in these fields should be above the rest of the players and deserve to win. Not an average Joe with deep pockets who can afford to uplevel everything to maximum power to crush their enemies because they have more money to spare. If these players want to leave the game, by all means go. They are the real spoilers of the game and serious gamers don't need them.

The one thing Pixonic should really look seriously into is the tanking issue. Gamers here encounter them almost every day and they steal the fun from serious gamers. Until this issue can be effectively dealt with it will continue to be WR's black dot. It is a very difficult and at times delicate problem to deal with as it can arouse the anger of these irresponsible individuals who do not see their selfish action as wrong. Players who encounter tankers in their game should take the initiative to report them to Pixonic to have them removed from regular combat. Those anti-tankers should cooperate to reduce this menace and not expecting Pixonic to deal with the issue alone. These tankers are after all, players like you and me.

The upgrading time for bots and equipment was quite fair prior to version 4.0 but has become extremely slow thereafter. The Workshop 2.0 is a novel idea for those who do not have deep pockets to own the new generation of bots and equipment. It is not that most players fancy new stuff if the old ones are working just fine but the emergence of these new stuffs with new and more powerful capabilities have rendered the old ones obsolete and unable to compete. Players have little choice but to acquire new ones to stay competitive. If upgrading them seems to take forever (unless we spend hefty sums of money to buy gold) it will only frustrate players and discourage them from upgrading their equipment beyond Level 5.

While the Workshop 2.0 is a great way for players to acquire new equipment and bots some of the equipment is already taking too long to acquire. When Pixonic says that it is planning to improve the Workshop economy I was hoping that this means shortening the time taken to acquire some of the equipment components. I am shocked to see most equipment actually take longer, much longer to acquire. The time taken to acquire and upgrade an equipment or bot now may take months to get them to operational status (at least level 8 and above). Without the newer stuff, players lose their competitive edge and losing too frequently, especially those attached to clans will make them lose interest in the game or get booted out by clan leaders.

I appeal to Pixonic to reconsider reverting this so-called New Economy to at least the existing one. Shorter acquisition and upgrade time will be much preferred. Unless, as some commentators here claim Pixonic experiences a drop in revenue since the Workshop 2.0 is introduced. Even so, players should not be made to pay for the shortfall. This is akin to a government which embarked on an expensive mega project suddenly realizes it does not have enough funds to bank-roll the project and resort to increasing taxes from the people to fund it. Do you think this government will get re-elected again when its term expires?
