Has anyone ever lost a profile on which you invested around $400 dollars and was told that unfortunately pixonic cannot get it back for you ? They cannot transfer your progress from one Google play account to another 😔 and when I asked if it meant that my money was pretty much lost .. their answer was " We apologize for any inconvenience" ? That does not solve one's problem the least you can do is give me all the damn robots I purchased !!! With money ! Your "Customer Support" if it can be called thT is unsatisfactory..
