Really like the idea of penalizing tankers by boosting ranking 50 points (up to maximum honestly earned ranking for that player).
Would also like to limit the number of times you can get out of the low priority queue. If you have been punished twice and do it a third time, you are incorrigible and don't belong with honest players.
