Now with the changing economy and new workshop any one can have a spectre or heichi so why the shit re balancing? Basically now you want us to spend money on other bots as we already have these dash bots... Right? Make Lance and bullwork stronger but don't downgrade others.

Make spectre dissappear from WR, the orkan spectre can kill any bot but once the stealth drops and orkan Salvo is slow on regeneration the spectre is a one hit kill. Only the spectre ST is devastating, jump hit and hide. Now with less speed, lesser stealth duration and already little health, you guys are making it useless, is this re balancing? If so then increase the health of spector so that it can survive a little long, we have 3 long range maps and it require no skill to kill a spector or heichi on those maps unless they have ST and they stay at 500 mtr distance.. Well consider those things... Try to make other bots stronger and do some thing with the shocktrains but I don't think spectre is a op bot coz it has 4 medium slots unless you play FFA, which is a play ground of orkan spectre. FFA is a special game if you kill someone with spectre and in that process you runs out of stealth, there is no one to take revenge on you unless the person you killed spawns right behind you so spectre magic works.
